To use this feature, simply connect all your shops on Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada to Ship Xanh, and enable order syncing.
If this is your first time using the system, and you see a red warning number in your order list, set it to zero by confirming that you’ve received all the returned orders.
From now on, whenever you receive a return, use the Ship Xanh app (available on Android and iPhone) to scan and confirm the return. Once confirmed, the red number will go down accordingly.
If you follow the process correctly but still see red alerts, make sure to file a claim with Shopee, TikTok, or Lazada to get those returned orders back.
Don’t forget: ShipXanh lets you reprint tracking labels within 30 days, as long as the label was originally printed via ShipXanh. You can also customize shipping labels — for example, by adding a watermark like “Please record video when unboxing,” or “Shop has packing footage; we only handle claims with unboxing videos.”
