Due to certain technical limitations, Ship Xanh offers an additional utility called Ship Xanh Helper. Using this utility along with the Ship Xanh extension will enable you to access the following features: copying products from other Shopee sellers; viewing monthly sales statistics of products in Shopee search results and individual sales of each product variation on Shopee; downloading product images and Shopee videos.

After downloading this file, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Extract the file ship-xanh-helper-extension.zip by right-clicking on the file and selecting “Extract Here.”
Step 2: Open the extension manager in your browser by pasting chrome://extensions into the address bar (number 1 in the illustration) and pressing enter. Then, enable Developer mode (number 2 in the illustration). Finally, click the Load unpacked button (the first button) and point it to the folder you just extracted.
Here is an illustration pointing to the folder you just extracted in step 1. That’s it, now you can use the Ship Xanh utility as usual.
